Solidyne - SMRT Actuator

The long anticipated SMRT actuators are Smart Tough and can cover almost 90% of all VAV applications with the ability to automatically recognize communication signals such as On/Off, Floating, 0-10VDC, 2-10 VDC, 4-20mA, PWM and Characterized Stroke.

Features:

  • Status LEDs: ONE Tri-color status LED.
    • Colors:Green for CW, Red for CCW, Yellow for Alarm
  • Wiring-Termination: Removable 6-position Terminal block for all required power and interface signals.
  • Manual Control switches: CW and CCW N.O. momentary switches for manual over and/or programming total travel for less than default 90°
  • Programmable features: Direct-Reverse acting, Input type, Output type, Learn and Run modes.
  • Typical Rotation: Default 90°, programmable any angular travel in “Learn” mode in to its Flash memory.
  • Characterized Stroke: PWM Input-interface and output capabilities offered.

  • can measure up to 100 Amps
  • built-in DIP switch for setting the accuracy range for current values
    of 0-2.5A, 0-10A, 0-20A, 0-50A, and 0-100A
  • output of the device is 4mA at the low end of the range and 20 mA at the high
    end.
